Overnight oats are one of my favorite easy breakfasts. I make a few batches a night before and they keep well in a fridge for up to a week. Here I've used small 4oz jam jars to make individual portions. I filled each with fresh raspberries, whole rolled oats, and topped with chia seeds for an extra nutritional punch full of Omega-3 fatty acids. Two jars got a dash of vanilla extract, two got a sprinkling of cocoa powder. Then I topped each jar with vanilla almond milk. Shake and refrigerate overnight. #easybreakfast #quickmeal #vegan
